Who can help me?

Your site provider may have contracts with different support providers. Here are some rules of thumb for deciding whom to contact for a given issue.

• Lino does not respond at all! –> Ask your system administrator, your server provider, or your site expert.

• I cannot sign into Lino! –> Ask your site manager.

• Lino is slower than usual! –> Ask your site expert.

• Lino doesn’t work as before! –> Ask your site expert.

• I have a suggestion to make Lino better –> Explain it your site expert.
